All the phones we pay for, over $400/month, continuously go to SOS and our service is horrible. We are going to switch if this is not fixed. Why is it happening? We try restarting and it’s a tiny bit helpful for a few minutes then reverts back to SOS. SO frustrating.
We're sorry to read that you're having this issue with service on your devices. Are the devices up to date? Were any changes made to the device before this started? ~Peter
