I no longer use my Vz iPhone 12 for making calls or sending sms. but I do use it in my home for operating my Sonos system. it's connected to my Vz fios wifi. it's stuck in SOS mode. I've tried every suggested step for getting it out of SOS but nothing works. any help/guidance?
Hello, RYANBIZ1201TSM, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue with the SOS indicator on your phone. With having no service on the phone, that will limit the troubleshooting available. As far as what has been completed already, can you please let us know what resets you have been able to do form the phone Settings?
