We seem to be having major issues in the 78382, 78336 area code where our phones go to SOS mode and we can not communicate with anyone. Verizon we've been with you for over 10 years and this is getting old. Getting ready to take all of our lines and move service.
Hello, Sasha2k, thank you for reaching out regarding your service. We appreciate your loyalty over the last decade and the last thing we would want is to see you leave Verizon. When did you start having an issue with seeing SOS in these areas? Is it happening when you are at a particular location? Does this happen both indoors and out?
