I had multiple different problems ordering a phone with Verizon and Samsung. I have talked to 22 reps in the last 7 days and wasted about 15 hours of my life that ill never get back. Needless to say I have had to explain my self 22 different times each time take like 30 minutes the problem so much details. Needless to say I got a hold of a supervisor a few days later and he seemed to be able to handle my problem almost immediately he did and over exceeded my expections telling my for all my 18 years of being a member and all my troubles he's going to give me a special deal today. Because I was ready to close all my home / business and mobile accounts if this problem was not rectified today. He assured me I don't have to close my accounts and he's going to take care of me and I don't have to order through Samsung for a certain promotion for all my troubles he told me a special promotion for only me and then I didn't have to leave Verizon and I could also get the deal I wanted from them not Samsung so he made a special deal offered to me all over a recorded phone line a supervisor at Verizon. I ask him multiple times if he was sure he could do this deal for me cuz if not I'll order thru Samsung he reassured he can and will. He told me I should see my phone on Jan 25th and he will call me back on Jan 25th to activate the phone and watch for me and make sure I'm happy with my purchase. I didn't receive any phone call then I called today and found out that infact no order was placed and that the deal is impossible to give me instructed by another supervisor today. I instructed him to move this up the chain and review the phone call all the info you need is in that call last Sunday on my phone number he told me there nothing he can do for me. I reached out again as I was unpleased with his answers then I found a nice women to send me to a cool manager that was willingly to help he told me he couldn't access that specific recorded phone call because it's based out of somewhere else and he has reached out higher ups to escalate this even further. This is gross Is negligence if this is true to have some one on here that is in charge of others giving false information out. I'm not sure what to believe anymore everyone I talked to gives me different answers no one supervisor is the same none of them seem like they know what there doing for the most part other then a select few. It's frustrating to find out I was lied to and made false promises you guys are not willing to keep and honor no matter if he was in the wrong or the right the customer shouldn't have to suffer if something was offered then it should be honored if it's within reason at this point I could of bought this phone just working the 15 hours instead of talking to reps all day getting no where. The manager I finally got a hold of said he will escalate this but I feel nothing will happen. I want someone at Verizon that has power to look into this ASAP and be handled appropriately and I want to be giving what was promised by a lead member at Verizon mobile sales supervisor.
