VERIZON IS A SCAM...My service has downgraded in the past few months...also I issued a trade in on my old phone and have photos and videos of my device the day it was sent in and they took my device and are not issuing any credit at all claiming it is not in working order. VERIZON SCAMS ITS CUSTOMERS
I have video and photos of my device taken right before I packed it up to be mailed to verizon.
