Sent off tablet

Sent off tablet by FedEx Verizon said they will return it after they checked it out if tablet is bad they will give me another one. What I want to know is when? FedEx stop down at my mailbox blowed horn then drove off.  I thought they put in mail box checked noth there. My question is was it sent out today or is it coming soon

This is Linda I bought tablet not evev 6 months ago and had nothing but trouble
since I got it. Took to Verizon at four different times. I believe it was own by someone
else before me because when I took it for setup the SMS card was already inside. I
did not spill nothing on table and I am NOT paying for it to be fixed

exchange can take from 10-14 working days...in that case if you are on post pay account call customer servicer to get cr for those days .
