Serious billing issue

I have been being billed since 2019 for a Disney plus on my verizon bill and as of today I am still being billed. I havbeen calling for months upon months upon month. Still no resolution no one at verizon cares. I am to the point of filing a police report as they acknowledge that they shouldn't be charging me yet every month they bill me the charge and if I don't pay my bill they have advised my phone lines will be cut off. Who at Verizon cares that your company steals money from customers and does nothing about it.

I know how frustrated I would be if I were still being billed for something I had tried to cancel months ago, omenthecat. I regret hearing that is still ongoing without a resolution in sight after so many months of contacting us about it.
