NO Verizon signal/service in home. Poor connectivity & reception in (some) other locations also.
Network Strength (in Home): 4G = 110dBm - 1x + 106dBm
Bluetooth no longer works in home.
Incoming Text Messages Delayed for Hours/Days
Calls not received - phone never rings - only Voice Mail Notifications BUT can't connect to VM in home have I go outside and only I'm at the back of the house ... can't connect in front yard/driveway
NO issues before the "auto" update in October!

Bluetooth is a phone problem, not a network problem. If your phone's bluetooth is not working, possibly the other problems are with your phone and not the network, too, and you may need a new phone.

Appreciate your response however the reason bluetooth is "not working" is because CALLS never come through! All I receive are notifications for new Voice Mails which, again I can not access/connect to without going outside and then only in certain locations around the home.
Bluetooth works fine for all other devices in the home. I have a bluetooth enabled "landline "phone which automatically pairs as soon as I walk in the door - purposely. I don't want to carry my cell with me everywhere in the house & Verizon has never worked in the basement where my office is (although it is only partially "below ground" with numerous unobstructed windows.) I set this up specifically so I could receive cell calls throughout the the home which I had been w/o issue for the past 12 years until recently.
I contacted a friend @ Verizon Corporate and he advised "they were working on the towers" in my immediate area. Note: there are several w/i a 5 mile radius. This work was not related to any "network outage" either.
I assumed the problem would resolve itself when work was completed. Needless to say it hasn't. I have full service elsewhere as well so I don't see how my phone is the source of the problem.
Note there are numerous posts throughout the community forums from customers (primarily East Coast) that have the exact same problem ... sudden loss of service.

It's been several months since October. Major software updates are also created by your phone manufacturer, not your phone carrier.
Bluetooth is a local network that has nothing to do with a phone carrier. Try doing a network settings reset.

I have done this, several times in fact.
Seems I never should have mentioned the issue w/bluetooth ... it's clouding the actual problem.
I no longer have any signal strength. Even IF I can position myself to somewhere & get 3-4 bars MAX as soon as I attempt to call anyone this drops to 1/none.
In other areas I have 5 bars consistently.

You deserve the best service from our network Tigerstep. Let's investigate your area and troubleshoot your phone to resolve your service issues. What is your zipcode? Do you have multiple lines on your account that are having issues? Are service issues with calls, text and data? Are issues inside or outside? What phone do you have?

BTW, anyone that reads this AND is having the same or similar issues with a sudden/recent loss of signal strength, calls not coming in only voice mail notifications (those often being delayed), text messages taking forever to send and incoming texts being delayed for hours or days etc.
Suggest you post on the "General Wireless Service" forum. Many customers appear to be having virtually the exact same problem. I've found numerous posts about this but most are posted on the forum for the specific model of phone. PERHAPS (though it's doubtful) if everyone with this problem posted there we MIGHT get some sort of credible response besides essentially ... So sorry to hear you've been having problems. We pride ourselves on providing the best service possible. ... never an answer mind you, just garbage ... I'm seriously thinking of changing carriers myself ... been with them for over 12 yrs!
Note: As many have commented I also believe the source of the problem is likely the implementation of 5G services and/or Verizon towers supporting other carriers.
In addition to switching carriers it's time toliquidate my stock as well being a former GTE employee there's quite a bit but, it's never appreciated that much anyway even after 20+ years.
Wonder why?
