I spoke with an agent and made a promise to pay which she informed me via writing my service would not be impacted. i fell sick and lost my ability to walk so as a result i have been out of work. i return to work soon as i have been i physical therapy so you can imagine my surprise when my service was disconnected and the verizon lady clementine told me that my promise to pay does not matter and the manager said he would reconnect it but cannot because of a cash only option on the account this is ridiculous i sent photos and etc to show it was not my fault this is ridiculous
