I live in zip code 08015, Verizon has never been the best in this area but it seems daily the service is getting worse and worse, all at the same places, home, work, neighbors houses around the town, mind you this is all in one zip code. I haven't had a day of clear service in months and I don’t even know what I’m paying for at this point. Sometimes the connection is so bad I can’t even pay my Verizon bill, if that isn't ironic I don’t know what is. Additionally I downgraded my Service Plan to the 80 dollar plan and I’m genuinely only paying 10 dollars less than I was before (if that) for what should essentially be the same Unlimited LTE. $100 dollars a month is quite an expensive headache and it's now getting to be very old, very quick. Any chance there’s an explanation? I have an iPhone X and additionally I don’t wish to spend $140-150 for what should be provided at my current Plan Level nor do I wish to upgrade to the iPhone 14 nor 5g.
