My service is just awful everywhere for the last 2-3 years. I switched years ago from ATT and was pleased up until the last 3 years. I live in Buffalo a city not a rural community and experience network and internet issues almost daily and I’ve called many times to complain. I’m really considering switching service. Anyone else having the same issue?? It seems like the answer is a yes. Verizon complaints are all over the internet and Reddit posts
