I recently went into a verizon store and wanted to see if I could save some money. Switching to a business account was the suggestion and I was told I had to n pay off my 8 devices to have this happen. After paying then off one at a time....ober $2,000.00 the rep. did not have to complete the transaction so he said come that night or the next morning and we can finish. Inwas atbtheboffice and there was sign that said sorry back in a couple hours. I tried to reach the rep. but had to send messages to him yhru his assistant at the store as I had her number. He called on Saturday and said he would do paperwork and he would call back that day and we could complete over the phone. No call back from him....although because my phone got disconneted and gave that message to anyone that called. I am not even sure when he first dosconneted me. I found out when my partner called me on facebook and asked why I was not at a very important client meeting and why my phone disconnected. I tried all day sunday to get the rep to call me to straighten out but he did not....i was ghosted and had no service. I spent many hours with verizen reps to try to figure out what happened. He texted me on Monday and said sorry really busy weekend. He has disconneted six of my 8 lines and I do not know why? I never had mybservice changed to business. Verizon added more services to try to fix the problem and get the phone to recieve and make calls. I dont know where to go from here I cant even speak to anyone at verizon I do not trust they have any customers interest at heart or integrity....its all about the money
I gave them the money how about some service.

We used to have good service where I live but the past month it has been horrible! We get service for about 5 minutes then it drops. Or we show 2-3 bars but it’s not working or it jumps to SOS. I thought it was just my husband’s straight talk phone so we brought him to my plan and it’s still happening and now mine is too. I’ve had other people in the area say the same thing. It’s so frustrating because we can’t get internet out here so our hotspot and phones are all we have. I don’t know if it’s lack of towers or damage to the towers but it needs looked into!
