I was told by this representative today that Verizon doesn’t guarantee cellular service so I need to stay home hooked up to my WiFi provided by your competitor but still pay Verizon full bills for my cellular service. You have the worst customer service and the worst cellular service I have ever experienced.
I was told by another representative a week ago that she would work with me to credit amounts owed on my phones so I can move to another Cellular competitor that can provide me with some actual cellular service that works. Never actually happened. Two years of horrible or no service and $8k later and they’ve never fixed anything.
