Why is Verizon's internet connection so bad in Frisco, Texas? I switched to verizon and moved to Frisco shortly after now I can't watch a video or make a facetime call without having connectivity issues. I am paying for the highest-level phone plan and I can't get the value out of it

Yes. The call keep breaking off when I make or receive a direct phone call. I can never get the 5g signal, it’s always 1 or 2 bars. I’m around the Toyata stadium, near Frisco Square

Unless this has only just begun happening... Whenever I've gone to Frisco, TX to visit my sister, my service is better there than it is at home or at work. I'm just a prepaid customer, but my phone was constantly in 5G and my data speeds quite respectable considering what I'm paying.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
