Service in my home and the surronding area

I have lived at ***** ***** St. for 23 years. I have had verizon service for more than 15 years.  The service in my home and the surronding area is so poor, and has been for 5 plus years, that I need some answers on why. I have a new phone (Smsung 23) so yes, it's up to date. It's my phone and my wifes phone and my previous phone, so it is happening to other people. Basically, a one square mile dead zone in the Bethel, MN area. Please help!

Thank you for sharing that additional information with us. Can you share some details with us about what you specifically experience with the poor service? Is this an issue with talk, text, data or all services? How far from home do you have to be before service improves?

With 3G having been shut down a few years ago, I suspect the newer technology just isn't getting out to you anymore for whatever reason.  Five years is a long time to deal with bad service and IMO you've given Verizon enough of a chance.  My advice would be to ask the neighbors who they use and port to that carrier.
