I am getting no cell service in the Torrance/Rancho Palos Verdes/Rolling Hills Estates area. I need to have cell service to actually work at my job, and the network has been down for hours. Is anyone looking at this. Yes or no?
(And before anyone gets an itchy trigger finger and suggests it, no I am not going to be calling the 1-800 number to wait until the heat death of the universe to actually speak to a human being on this. Verizon can pull their head out of their hinders and get an online outage-reporting service. Having to wait in the CS queue to report a problem is NOT customer service.)
