Is there a known service outage in the 63640 zipcode??? I have not had service alllll day.
sjg092009, the last thing we want is for you to have any signal issue, so we're here to help! There is not any known network issues in your area. When you are not connected to Wi-Fi, what exactly is not working with service? Have you been able to turn your phone completely off for a few minutes, turn it back on & test out the services? If not, please give that a try. Do the problems happen indoors or outdoors? -Alicia
