Could you please tell me why your service strength has gone down? And no not just my phone but every Verizon customer I have spoken to in my area Kingsland Ga. no matter if they have the new 5G or 4G everyone here is not getting more than 2 bars on their phone! If you want to charge as much as you do we deserve better service!!!
