Verizon service has gone from a 9 to a 2.  A few months back I couldn't make calls, send text, get on the internet nothing.  Then when Verizon finished playing around with the service and towers, everything went back to normal.  After about a month, we are back to the same horrible service.  Can't make calls, calls dropped, no internet.  I don't want to be told you have no reported outages.  You know exactly what you are doing.  You are charging the highest rates for the worse service.  Let me add that my work building, home and area that I am trying to use the phone in has not changed in 15years.  It's not just my phone.  All co-workers and family members and neighbors having the same issue.  Get your act together and fix this issue before we all decided to take our service elsewhere.

The last thing we would want to see is for you to leave us, hartman0818. I know how much I rely on my service to be working, and I am sure you have similar expectations. We're happy to dive into this to see what is happening, and what we can do to help resolve this concern. You mentioned that a few months ago you were having trouble with all of your services, is that the same thing that is happening again now? What are the nearest cross streets and city where this is happening?

Yes, this is the same thing that happened last year when I purchased my new phone I think it was Aug.  It's not the phone itself as I returned it and purchased another one.  It's the 5G network.  Also in the same boat as others.  Why did Verizon sell me a phone that I can't turn the 5G off on, yet Verizon 5G is not ready to be used apparently.  I will be switching carriers if this is not resolved.  This is the 2nd time in a year that the phones on my account have been unusable in major cities.  Zip codes are 21403, 21401, 21403.  Two of these zip codes are Annapolis, Md which is the capital of the state of Maryland.  I had no issues until the switch was made to the 5G.  My phone will show 5G have 2-3 bars, yet I can't even make a call, sent a text...nothing.
