I was just informed the services in the El Paso, Texas area have been restored and Mexican cell towers should no longer interfere with service. This is very inaccurate as I live close to the border and drive down the loop by the border and continue to be at 1 bar all along border highway. I want the service Verizon says they deliver!
I don't blame you for reaching about the mixed messages of being informed of a resolution yet experiencing 1 bar all along the border.
