Services or Programs Verizon Wireless Offer for Assistance with Bill

A government agency advised me that Verizon wireless offers assistance with its bill, to low income customers. The names of the service of programs where Link Up in America  or Lifeline. I've looked throughout the website and chatted with a Verizon representative and was told to log in my Verizon and I was able to sign up there. But I did and I still found nothing. I Need help to locate where I can apply for Link Up in America?
