Daughter just purchased a new phone to replace a broken one. She went to an authorized Verizon retailer where she was charged an extra $59.99. Called store twice only to be told it was a processing fee. They literally did nothing but hand her the new phone.
Called Verizon 3 times and not one person was able to explain why this happened. I was told by the last person that it was probably not a Verizon authorized retailer (it was)!
I’m so frustrated with Verizon right now. After 30 years, you couldn’t just give me a credit of $59.99??
