Signal Booster Registration dead link

Hello,
I purchased a cell phone signal booster antenna. I followed the support directions listed at:
https://www.verizon.com/solutions-and-services/accessories/register-signal-booster/
However I find myself unable to register the antenna because when I click "Register/Manage Signal Booster" I am met with an error saying "Un supported context path". Looking on these forums I see that this is a common issue. I am hoping a member of Verizon's staff can contact me so I can properly register my booster antenna.

Hi, the only way to get a signal booster registered is for a Verizon agent to do it. Don't know why that link is still up, or why it hasn't been fixed, as I've reported this issue to one of the forum admins previously.
If you do not hear from a Verizon CS rep in this thread sending you a private message, send a PM to @vzw_customer_support and someone will get you set up.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I have been unsuccessful in registering a cell signal booster for two days now. Chat was useless. I restated needing to register and the chat went silent . AI chat even more useless. No return on a trouble ticket yet. It should not be this difficult .
