I had great service till around 2 months ago, now I have nothing at my house. I have reached out to customer care and got someone who told me they turned the towers. I went to the store for them to tell me they arent sure who its not working. So I am now paying for a phone I cant even use. I am about to cancel service and go with ATT&T at least I know they wont drop my service after a year.
