Signal Strength Reduction

About 50 people in my office have Verizon as their provider, including me.  I started working here 9 years ago and the signal has been a solid 4 or 5 bars since.  Last week, the signal suddenly dropped to 1 bar or worse and suddenly none of can use our phone.  This is a huge, huge, huge problem for our business!

Im also reporting poor signal strength for West Hempstead, NY. My main concern is the cellular phone signal strength where i need to make calls.  I tried everything and take note this is outdoors. Please look it up VWZ!
