We have had a coverage decline over the past few years. We were previously able to receive calls and text messages and now we rarely get a call or text message. This impacts everyone with Verizon that comes in the house.
We have tried resetting our phones and network settings (we have Apple Devices). We live in the Haddon Hall neighborhood in Apex, NC and it’s impacting many others in the neighborhood. How can we have a trouble ticket opened?
