Signal issues

I know that I'm not the only one have signal issues. Everyone in my house hold has horrible signal at home. This has been going on for the last six months and only getting worse. I have called customer service which sends me to tech support. All they do is have me reset the network which helps for maybe a day (sorry I shouldn't have to reset my network every single day to make my phone work), to being told its because the towers are overloaded and I live so far from the nearest tower. 1st off never had any of the problems I had to deal with including throttling my data with all the signal problems. I pay almost $400 a month. Ridiculous that I have to drive a half mile up the road to send a email. Best in service my butt! They don't even try to fix the problem.
