Been with Verizon at the same location for 4 years now - great speed on the phone data connection. 4g 5 bars
Then starting in Nov 2019 - 4g 1-2 bars
Calls drop out, data speed is 1/10th of what it was.
Figured it was a 4 year old phone so upgraded to a new phone from Verizon.
Exact same issue - 4G 1-2 bars, slow slow internet and downloading.
Was never this way before, had a lightning fast connection, now anywhere in the country it terrible unless I'm standing in the middle of a large city.
Going to switch carriers if I can't fix this

We are sorry to hear that your services are not working as needed for your data. I would be lost without my device as well. With regard to your concerns with data are you the only one with this issue? Does this occur indoors or outdoors as well?

Occurs on all 3 lines we have and in/around our home.
always had 4g service with 5 bars inside and out of our home.
Now 4g 1 bar all times, connections drop, super slow internet speeds. We all bought new phones thinking this might be the problem but it wasn't
