I used to get 5 bars of service in my home, but over the past couple months the signal strength has diminished greatly. Now my phone calls get dropped and people can't hear what I'm saying. If I go across the street everything is fine, so it's not the device. (Before you ask I did try all of the standard device-based suggestions from the support team, to no avail.) I have heard complaints from other people who live in my building as well. My zip code is 19801. I am very frustrated that I'm paying for service that doesn't work. I am interested to know what action Verizon is going to take to restore the great service I used to enjoy.

Hi drquoz,
I apologize for the frustration over the service issues you're having in your zip code. Which device are you using? Are you having issues mainly on the indoors? Provide more details so a suggestion can be offerred to help with your issues.
Thank you!

The device is iPhone, it works fine everywhere else. Please send someone out to fix the signal. Have them bring their own Verizon phone along, I'll be happy to show them around.

Im having similar issues! We used to get great signal at my house but within the last few months our signal has become almost nonexistent ! I'm so fed up! I've spent hours on the phone (the land line I've had to purchase because of this) and my problem has not been fixed! How do we go from having good signal to none at all with no reason as to why?! I want answers now!

lalatrisha1,
We want you to have the service you deserve. I am sorry that the service has dropped recently. What devices do you have? What zip code are you currently in? Does this happen everywhere or just in a certain area? Anyone else having issues at this same location?

My zip is 47591. My husband also has the same problem. I have a Samsung
note 3 and my husband has a Motorola Droid maxx. It happens all over town.
We constantly drop signal everywhere in Vincennes.

That ZIP code is covered by LTE. If both phones are having an issue "everywhere," as you've stated, you may want to speak with someone in retail about possible warranty replacements for both of you. It's very unlikely for every tower in that ZIP code to all be down at the same given time.

It will be great in some areas and then nonexistent a little ways away.
I've already talked to multiple representatives about this. No one is of
any help.

Hi latrisha1!
Let's get to the bottom of this! It's true that signal can fluctuate in different areas, but I'm still eager to troubleshoot. Are you both having issues in the same locations? That's the best way to determine if the issue is equipment-related or network-related. Please let me know if the signal shows the same on both devices.
Thanks!

Thanks for the additional information lalatrisha1! No alerts are noted for your area. Let's reset the connection to the network on your phones and test: power off>remove SIM card for one minute>insert SIM card>power on. Keep us posted.

I've tried all of that! I've tried everything. I told you guys I've spent
hours on the phone with customer support. Your service has gone to sh*t
around my area! Fix it or I'm switching carriers!

We never had service in our home we got a booster that works great if we have wifi (and power. If the power goes out we don't have any phone service) our ZIP code is 03884. But we have recently noticed that area's we use to have a signal now we don't have any bars or signal. When driving places we use to have signal we don't. Zip codes include 03825, 03823, 03839, 03885, 03037, 03034.
Both my husband and I have motoZ phones. Mine is almost 4 months old my husband's is an older model. It's very frustrating when we pay a lot of money for poor service in our area.
