I tried putting my sim in a phone I bought from someone else, and the sim disconnected bc they said the phone was stolen. Which I know for a fact it's jotm bit I tried putting sim back in old phon3 and it says it has to be reconnected. I'm not the account manager anymore the account owner is in jail atm, not sure when he will be home how can I reconnect my service?
