FYI to all. I'm a long time Verizon AND Spectrum (Prev. TWC) customer. Long story but just found out i can switch to Spectrum (which has a pre-negoicated rate WITH Verizon, using VERIZONs network/towers) at HALF the price. Unlimited plan/customer is $29 !!!!!
Spent almost an hour OTP with Verizon asking what is Verizons position on this:
1)Match the price, no change
or
2)Switch.
Wouldn't come out and tell me (low level CS person probably doesn't know) then tried to sell me FIOS (Verizons home broadband).
Wanted others to know!
