Anyone else having an issue with this Stay Connected Program? My account was current on June 29th. Now all of a sudden, I'm enrolled in some garbage shoot of a deferred payment thing when there was no balance to begin with, however they took my June payment and decided to apply it as a 'credit' to the account rather than an actual payment. I've been calling since July and haven't received an answer or any help but I sure as heck received a bill!

Calmly call CS, request for the rep to submit a deferral form and the next bill cycle will have that cleared up.
