I just wanted to post where Verizon higher-ups might see it. Fantastic customer service I just got from Michael in Arizona!! Understand - I switched from AT&T in December for 2 reasons. Bill was consistently too high, and customer service was TRASH. I've gotten great customer service from the jump with Verizon, the store I walked into in December was great....but honestly, Michael stayed on the phone with me for the longest time helping me get all of the discounts I qualify for. So nice to deal with someone who cares! Great job, Verizon!!
