If you have the Asurion insurance, call or go online with Asurion to make a claim. They may require a police report, and there is a deductible to pay in order to obtain the replacement phone. It will be sent from Asurion, not Verizon.
If yo uhaven't already done so, report the phones as stolen to Verizon so they can deactivate them and you won't be charged for unauthorized usage.

What type of insurance do you have on them (check MyVerizon website) there are many levels of insurance and each cover different things. Or you can go to http://phoneclaim.com/verizon (Asurion website, assuming Verizon insurance) and see if the numbers in question are covered.

Lies . Asurion DOES NOT, I repeat DOES NOT cover your devices if there were NOT activated . So if your device was sitting on your front porch and someone took, you YOU are responsible! It’s ridiculous
