I think it’s horrible that you continue charging for a stolen phone that was covered by Asurion! We paid a deductible we were sent a refurbished replacement phone and you have the nerve to keep charging us for a new one? Why buy the insurance if you still have to pay for it?????? I’m very disappointed in Verizon Wireless. This is jus another way to make more money than you are entitled too!
