Store Manager

I dropped my phone and went into a Verizon store as it was not operational. I happened to be served by the manager. He explained that I had insurance but needed to pay the full amount of the phone before submitting a claim. I paid $1,000 and he stated the turnaround to repair the phone would be 7-10 days. I told him I needed a phone immediately so he added another phone to my account and I had to just pay the sales tax for now. When I got home I called Assurion and they advised me that my insurance was for a replacement phone and they will ship it same day. Who can I talk to about this experience?
