Sudden Poor Reception Past Few Weeks, Multiple Devices, Resets Performed

Over the past week or two, my 5G service is now at 4G LTE with only 1 bar. I have a LG V600VM and had no issues prior. July 27 there was a configuration update, but didn't notice any changes. I also updated today Aug 7, and still no changes. I do not get any errors, just extremely slow services and no service. When I try to make a call, it will not go through, Text messages seem to have no problem (that I noticed). My wife's phone Apple iPhone 14 is having the same problem. I'm almost certain this is a Verizon network issue (or maybe updates) and not the phones. My 2 daughter's phones (iphone 12 and 14) are also having the same issue. Any ideas on what changed in the last few weeks? Will this get fixed any time soon?

Have updated and done everything possible on our end, SOS  keeps reappearing, phone used for business and tracking, need fixed ASAP
