Sudden Poor Reception Past Few Weeks

I don't have the answer. Following as I have always had excellent service with rare to no drop calls. Always had full bars almost everywhere I went including work. Now lucky to get 2 at work. I cannot get reception through half of the Town I work in now. I have spotty areas everywhere where I cannot get any reception or areas where I cannot get any internet reception can make a call once in awhile or emergency only calls.  

I am very upset as I pay quite a bit of money for half service at this point. What changed? What can I do to make this better? I do not want to have to switch companies again that is why I came to Verizon to begin with

@JKFuller  I know how important it is to know what is going on with your service, and I am here to help. Did anything change between when your service was working as expected to when it stopped (update, new app, etc.)?

Hello, JKFuller. I would be totally upset if I was dropping calls too. I don't blame you for being upset. I would love to help to see what is going on.  Where are you located at? Does this only happen at work? Please tell me more.
