Hi,
My roommate and I are both Verizon Wireless customers. Over the past two weeks, neither of us can make/receive phone calls or FaceTime. All calls (outgoing or incoming) are dropped within 30 seconds. We live in NYC, zip 10128

What model phones do you have? Have there been any updates to the phones lately (software or account changes)? Any neighbors experiencing similar issues? Any major construction nearby?

I have the iPhone 7 Plus, I believe my roommate has the iPhone 7. There's been no recent changes to our phones. There's construction across the street from our building, however that's been ongoing since the early summer.

Is the problem primarily when you are home? What if you go out, down the street or anywhere else? You might call (when you can) Customer Support at 800-922-0204 or *611 to see if there are any network issues in your zip code area.

I don't have any other reports for the 10128 area this week. What is the signal like on the phone. Is this only happening when you home?
