Just switched to Verizon Mobile from AT&T in January with promotions such as "trade in and free Ipad with internet" i had ordered  my iphone and ipad the same day i received my ipad via UPS but my phone never came in i called Verizon that stated that my order was cancelled with no email or information regarding the cancellation. Representative sent my Iphone  to the Verizon to for pickup .

Since the ipad was active in the beginning of the year another line was created for my iphone on another account making it 2 accounts active, i never received a rebate of $200 visa card for switching over Ive talked to many Reps and management this is an ongoing issue
