I’m so fed up with Verizon. After offering $440 for my trade in I’m now realizing 2 months later they gave me $51. Well I don’t even know if they gave it to me because I never saw a credit on my account, nor did I get any correspondence when it was “evaluated” I had to ask the chat not. When trading it in I answered every question about my phone as accurately as possible. So what the heck happened to the other $390?! I’ve been reading and it seems they keep getting away with this same S C A M over and over. Has anyone been successful in fighting it?! I never would have gotten a new phone in I wasn’t getting credit for my old one. I’ve been a customer for over TWENTY YEARS. I feel cheated. #tradein #tradeincredit #tradein also the post won’t let me type the MACS backwards . Guess they don’t want people to know they’re being cheated.

Update!!

Customer support reached out to me to help resolve the issue. By the time the phone was received the promotion was no longer running. This was due to the first phone I bought getting lost in the mail and the purchasing of another one. However, because I made the original purchase while the promotion was going on customer support told me they would be able to fix it and credit my account! George was very kind and helpful. I have not seen the credit yet but I have faith it is resolved! Extremely happy with the support.
