I’ve been trying to enroll in the teacher discount plan for 2 years now. Every time I use the ID.me website there is an issue. When I go to a Verizon store I am told they cannot help. Would appreciate it if Verizon honored my discount as I have tried everything about ten times.

I know that I wouldn't want to leave any discounts on the table myself, mschaefer16. Thank you for doing your part on educating the future. We definitely want to help make sure you're receiving your discount. The store was somewhat correct, as the process for validating your discount does have to be done online, we do have some steps we can do to help through that process. You mentioned you have done the process online through ID.me; Can you tell me where at during the process you're running into trouble?
