Terrible Customer Service Rep

All I wanted to do was to change my service from a galaxy tab to an iPad. An iPad that was previously used on this account. I gave the info to the "chat with a bot" feature, which then transfered me to a rep that received none of the info from the useless bot system. In the 3rd or 4th message I gave a complete rundown. I then had to give my name, in typed chat, 4 times to the rep. Each time it took between 5 and 10 minutes for them to respond. After an hour, they blindly transferred me to a new rep. I quit the chat at the one hour mark. This is most likely why I have decided to switch services. I will be calling customer service tomorrow and I better have a better experience than the rep who took an hour to send less than 20 messages and did absolutely nothing but waste my time. Otherwise, this billion dollar company will lose a a decade long client with $6k a year bills to them.

My device did not get swapped over and the link posted below your message will not move past the "check device" screen. It's crazy that a multi billion dollar company can't figure out the little things.
