I'm thinking it's time to head to T-Mobile. Upgraded to 5G a year ago because Verizon said it would solve my issues. It has made them worse. There are consistent populated areas here that consistently drop calls and Verizon gives no way to report these issues other than calling 611. They then want you to go through all their automated troubleshooting hoops. This is a consistent problem with Verizon and they just don't seem to care. I have a maximum of two bars ever on 5G in our area and never have fast service anymore. Absolutely pathetic for a $260 phone bill.
