Terrible customer service

I ordered two phones three weeks ago as part of the iPhone trade in. One phone was ship to store and the other was supposed to have been shipped within two days.  After a week with no shipping information I started making calls- of course to their robo system and finally spoke to people via their messaging on the app. They cancelled the order that was pending so that it could be resubmitted as a ship to store. Their system hasn’t allowed the cancellation, I’m getting billed for a new phone and I’ve never received it. They can verify that but can’t give me an answer. After this process I’m ready for a different provider. I need help with this
