...to mail me ads for the competition?  I'm serious.  There was an ad in my mailbox for another carrier this afternoon!  This is after I spent hours over a few days with assorted CS reps trying to troubleshoot my device when it is clearly a network issue.  I was with another provider for nearly 3 years before switching to Verizon just a little over 3 months ago and never got marketing for other carriers.  To say I'm astounded is putting it mildly.

My prepaid plan expires in 2 weeks; maybe I should take the hint?
