Thinking about canceling service

Hello I have recently been stuck between either Canceling my service completely or figuring something out. Otherwise I have had nothing but issues with Verizon. Since the day I started with 6 months ago It has been nothing but a headache I am Confused with everything about the series. And when signing up, they fail to explain many things to me and I am Under the impression that I have just been taking advantage of At this point and really Would like to know  If anybody else has had the same problem with this as well. And what will happen if I decide to cancel the service? Can I pay off the phones without getting anything? Negative on my credit report. Or how do I go about changing services while paying off the phones? ?

The last thing we would want to see is for you to leave us. I know how I feel when things aren't making sense and we would like to help with any questions you have. Can you elaborate more on what you mean by series? What wasn't explained, and/or still remains unexplained?

To answer your questions, if you decide to move to another carrier any device agreements would be accelerated and the full remaining balance would become due on the final bill. If the final bill is unpaid, it can result in collections treatment, and the phones would be put on a non-pay list and would not be able to be used anywhere until they were paid off.
