I wanted to add two new lines and new phones to my plan- spent over 3 hours with sales agents and still was unable to get it completed. My two adult children wanted to leave Sprint and join our plan due to poor service. Now I feel like I need to take my three lines and their two and try AT&T because Verizon just wastes my time. How can they not want more business? Ugh
