Ticket Update/No Service at Home

I opened a ticket ten days ago regarding a lack of service at my home address. No one has contacted me since then. I chatted with an agent who said that the ticket was locked so they could not give me an update. Another agent tried to sell me a new plan. Is there any way to get an update? Honestly, on my last leg with Verizon right now.
