If you are one of the many VZW customers finding out that the only way to upgrade to an iPhone 15 model and pay monthly device payment payments, it is NOT a website error.
VZW changed their policy. Upgrade to their Unlimited Ultimate plan or pay for new phone as single payment.
I bought my new iPhone from Apple directly. Use Apple Card or their device payment plan, and pay for the device monthly there. Apple Care Plus options are also less expensive than VZW device insurance. Very disappointing in VZW in this apparent revenue increase scheme.
